Custom Aerial Flight Pricing
A general range is from $300 to $500 per site. The basic package includes 8 to 12 proof images via internet web gallery or on CD. Delivery includes one print of any size up to 16”x24” or one high resolution digital image on CD. Additional electronic images and/or prints can be custom priced according to your needs. In other words, if the basic package doesn't meet your needs, we'll provide you a custom quote.
A typical aerial photography assignment will consist of the following, all of which is included in our basic price:
- Determination of the exact site location and GPS location
- All FAA clearances and coordination for restricted airspace (if needed)
- Discussion of your usage needs.
- Aircraft, pilot and photographer.
- Photographs taken on the next available day with acceptable weather conditions.*
Upon completion of your photo flight, all images will be placed in an online web gallery. You will be given a link to your gallery so that you can choose which images you would like to have. Online proof images are clear and large enough for you to get a good look.
* Conditions that appear acceptable on the ground may not always indicate conditions that are acceptable aloft. Good visibility, for example, is vital to good quality aerial photographs. Visibility may appear fine at ground level, but can be very different when looking at the ground through several thousand feet of air. Temporary Flight Restrictions that arise due to National Security issues also have the potential to cause a necessary rescheduling of a photo flight even on a day with perfect weather.
Print Pricing
We do all of our printing up to 17 inches wide in-house so that we control the quality, we can offer prints at reasonable prices, and you can get your prints quickly. For larger prints, we use two of the finest labs in the country. Some common print sizes and prices are below. Other sizes priced upon request.

Hi-Resolution Digital File Prices
We can mount your prints on gator board and add a dry-erase or anti glare laminate. We can offer custom digital work such as property outlining, street naming, compass directions, company logos and/or contact information and digital retouching. Such details significantly increase the informational value of your image. It's much better than a map!
We can also print images on canvas for an Artistic look or on a transparency for a back lit displays. Custom framing is available.
